DocuDrive allows you to integrate with a variety of external partners. Learn how to set up these integrations from within the DocuDrive Platform easily.

Trucker Tools

DocuDrive allows you to integrate with Trucker Tools. There are two ways to activate the integration.

Option 1: Email Trucker Tools

To use this option, you must first know your Company ID in our system. Follow these steps:

Log in to the DocuDrive portal.
In the left-hand menu, click Manage, then click Company.
Find your Company ID under the General Information section. It will look something like “Company:dSP5yxZEH9.”
Email eldsetup@truckertools.com with your DocuDrive ELD Company ID and MC number. The Trucker Tools team will guide you through the next steps.

Option 2: Use the Trucker Tools Integration Form

This option allows you to integrate automatically:

Go to the Trucker Tools Integration page, locate the Other Providers option, and click Connect Now.
Fill out the form by providing your work email, MC number, carrier name, and the equipment type you want tracked.
In the ELD/Telematics Provider field, select DocuDrive ELD as your provider.
Click Submit.
A confirmation pop-up will indicate the successful integration.

Highway

DocuDrive allows you to integrate with Highway for brokers who use it.

Your broker must provide you with a carrier package to complete the integration. This package will include the Highway process steps and require your DocuDrive ELD Company ID.

Follow these steps:

Log in to the DocuDrive portal.
In the left-hand menu, click Manage, then click Company.
Find your Company ID under the General Information section. It will look something like “Company:dSP5yxZEH9.”
Open the carrier package provided by your broker. In the Highway Equipment Verification section, type DocuDrive in the search bar and select it.
Enter your Company ID in the API Company Identifier field exactly as shown in the DocuDrive portal.
Continue the Highway process following your broker’s instructions.

Macropoint

DocuDrive allows you to integrate with Macropoint.

The Macropoint integration is available for plans with GPS Tracking. To activate it, enable data sharing in the DocuDrive portal and provide your Company ID to a Macropoint representative.

Here’s how to do that:

Follow these steps:

Log in to the DocuDrive portal.
In the left-hand menu, click Manage, then click Company.
Find your Company ID under the General Information section. It will look something like “Company:dSP5yxZEH9.”
On the Company Details screen, click Edit at the top-right corner.

5. Scroll down to the Integrations section, tick the box next to MacroPoint to enable data sharing, and click Save.

6. Share your Company ID with a Macropoint representative and ask them to activate the integration.

Project44

DocuDrive allows you to integrate with Project44.

The Project44 integration is available for plans with GPS Tracking. To activate it, enable data sharing in the DocuDrive portal and provide your Company ID to a Project44 representative.

Here’s how to do that:

Follow these steps:

Log in to the DocuDrive portal.
In the left-hand menu, click Manage, then click Company.
Find your Company ID under the General Information section. It will look something like “Company:dSP5yxZEH9.”
On the Company Details screen, click Edit at the top-right corner.

5. Scroll down to the Integrations section, tick the box next to Project44 to enable data sharing, and click Save.

6. Share your Company ID with a Project44 representative and ask them to activate the integration.
