Is the DocuDrive ELD FMCSA-compliant?

Yes. DocuDrive is an FMCSA-registered ELD with automatic Hours of Service logging, DVIR, and IFTA mileage reporting.

Is GPS included with the ELD plan?

Yes. Real-time GPS tracking is included in the $20 per month ELD plan at no extra cost.

Is there a contract?

No. DocuDrive Basic — our own line — is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. One thing to know up front: if you cancel within the first 12 months, the device has to come back to us, or a device fee applies ($99 for the PT-10, $149 for the PT-40). After 12 months the hardware is yours. Terms on the Pro line, powered by Azuga, vary by configuration and are confirmed in your quote.

How long does setup take?

Once your plan is set, most Basic fleets are live the same day their device arrives — plug in and track from web or mobile. Our team supports camera installs and helps configure Pro deployments.
