The DocuDrive live fleet map on a laptop and phone, beside a DocuDrive-branded service truck

DocuTrack GPS shows you your whole fleet on one live map. See who is closest to the next job, confirm exactly when a crew arrived and left, spot idling that burns fuel, and get an alert the moment a vehicle moves when it should not. It works the same whether you run plumbing vans, electrician trucks, or a mixed company fleet.

Common questions

Do I need an ELD if I run vans or work trucks?

Only if you are DOT-regulated. Most service fleets are not, and start with GPS tracking and cameras instead.

How much does it cost?

DocuDrive Basic starts at $10 per vehicle per month for GPS ($20 for ELD, which includes GPS), plus a one-time device sign-up fee. Exact pricing depends on your fleet, and the Pro line is quoted per configuration — request a custom quote and ask about available fleet discounts.

Is there a contract?

No. DocuDrive Basic — our own line — is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. One thing to know up front: if you cancel within the first 12 months, the device has to come back to us, or a device fee applies ($99 for the PT-10, $149 for the PT-40). After 12 months the hardware is yours. Terms on the Pro line, powered by Azuga, vary by configuration and are confirmed in your quote.

How long does setup take?

Once your plan is set, most Basic fleets are live the same day their device arrives — plug in and track from web or mobile. Our team supports camera installs and helps configure Pro deployments.
