How does the 14-day free trial work?

Your card is collected at signup. If you order a PT-40, the $149 device charge runs at checkout so it can ship. The $20 monthly service starts on day 15. Cancel inside the 14 days and you pay no service fee and keep the device.

Is there a contract?

No. ELD is $20 per truck a month after a 14-day free trial, month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime. If you already own a Pacific Track PT-30 or PT-40, we move it to DocuDrive at no extra cost. If you need hardware, the PT-40 is $149 with free shipping and it is yours to keep, so there is nothing to return and no cancellation fee. Running five or more trucks? Are there setup, activation, or per-driver fees?

No. The price is $20 per truck a month with GPS tracking, Hours of Service, DVIR, IFTA mileage, and the driver app included. The only other charge is the PT-40 itself if you need one.

How do I add trucks later?

Existing customers add trucks from the billing portal, which updates the subscription and prorates the charge. Order another PT-40 for the new truck, or bring a PT-30 or PT-40 you already own.
