- Find the end date and renewal terms in your Verizon Connect order form. Verizon Connect contracts renew automatically unless you ask them to stop auto-renewal before your term ends.
- Send your non-renewal notice in writing, inside that window.
- Start DocuDrive before your end date. If your current device is not compatible, the PT-40 is $99 plus $15 shipping, and it is yours to keep.
